Homes in Medellín and surroundings. We offer home delivery of your items in Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí, Sabaneta and Bello for a cost of $15,000 COP, which is paid on delivery directly to the assigned address. Make sure you are at the delivery address to receive and pay or delegate someone you trust.

Domestic shipments in Colombia. We offer national shipments to the rest of Colombia (all departments and municipalities), operated by DHL with variable rates depending on the destination area.

International Shipping - WORLDWIDE. We offer international shipments to more than 220 countries around the world, operated by DHL in Colombia with variable rates depending on the destination area. (Check this list of countries to confirm if your country is included in this service).

Notes: 1. Keep in mind that taxes and shipping surcharges may apply depending on the destination, these are normally included in the estimated price of your shipment. In the event of a significant variation in your rate, we will contact you to make the relevant account adjustments. 2. Keep in mind that the handling of your package during shipment and the damage it suffers due to bad practices on the part of the shipping operator, is not our responsibility. On our part, we insure the packaging of your item in order to reduce the risks of damage during shipment.


We offer exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind. We do not refund under any circumstances.

Eligibility for exchanges and returns

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No refunds are made, only exchanges for another item of the same value, characteristics category.


We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged, as long as it is not due to mishandling during shipping, which in this case depends on a third party and we are not responsible for it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to

Exempt Assets

The following goods are exempt from changes and returns:

  • Gift cards (gif cards).
  • Original works in any of its formats.
  • Items that are a gift from the store.
  • Limited edition items.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your change.

If approved, then your exchange will be processed and we'll bear any associated reshipping costs.

Late or missing changes

  • The item must be sent back to the sender and through the same courier company that was initially contracted.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
